Would give 0 stars if I could. What they advertise is being able to get in contact with someone so easily is a joke. They do not communicate with there clients either. So if you’re looking to be able to stay on top of everything and be kept in the loop , look elsewhere. Literally called in weeks later because no one had communicated anything to me to be told they were awaiting to reject my case after I acquired there 3rd party’s medical bills. Being 8 months pregnant this is something you want to hear right before you go out of work.

I'm sorry to hear you felt that way. Due to law restrictions, we cannot discuss the details of the case. However, we work diligently to recover for our clients. If there becomes a question of liability or a lack of coverage (which would result in no one to recover from) unfortunately, we are left with no option but to withdraw from the case. Even when this happens there is no cost to the client for any time, work or money that was already put into the case. I hope that you will contact us, so that we may have the opportunity to clarify and discuss with you again. Thank you

Mrs Lopez was very professional and friendly. She was able to settle my case in a timely manner! Everyone that I had contact with from the 1st phone call through the last documents being signed were helpful and very patient! They explained the situation and what to expect!
