I had never been injured in a car accident before so I wasn't sure what to do. A car went past a stop sign and I ended up hitting them. It was clearly their fault (and they got a ticket) but after a couple of weeks soreness in my neck had not gotten better. I knew both Attorneys Lopez & Humphries through a community organization we belong to, so I asked Melodie Lopez for guidance. She was able to help me navigate the confusing laws and medical specialists and it turned out the pain I was having was from a permanent injury sustained in the accident. She helped me make sure my treatments were paid for and was able to get the insurance company to compensate me for the other driver's (at fault) negligence. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner, as the different coverage would have kicked in had I not waited. So if you are in a similar boat, I highly recommend this firm. I had every comfort along the way they were working diligently on my behalf, and I know they were able to get me everything I was legally entitled to.
