Beyond pleased and satisfied with my experience with Lopez and Humphries. The entire staff was easy to work with. They were all very professional and great with communication. Roseanne is the paralegal that helped with my case and she was always on top of everything and keeping me up to date. I personally was a client of Lopez and Humphries and my experience with them was pleasant. Yes, at times it did seem as if I had been forgotten and like I wasn’t hearing much about the case. But you have to remember that you’re one of hundreds of clients that they’re juggling and dealing with at once. In addition to that, certain factors for your case sometimes have to be given enough time to develop so that the laws will be able to get you more. If you haven’t heard anything new about your case it’s probably because not much has changed and there isn’t much of an update. But when my physical therapy was completed and I had my bills submitted Melanie and the firm definitely took care of me. She was even able to get around 5k more than what I was initially told. When I went to the office down in Lakeland and saw the establishment, met some of the team that was behind my cases victory, along with the multiple rewards, plaques, and trophies it was clear that I made the right choice in having Lopez and Humphries represent me. I would without a doubt use their services again if I had to and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you all again for the time and work you put into my case!! <3

I would like to take the time to say this lawyer is very unprofessional. I was with them for about 6 months and I finally got a hearing date. The week of my hearing I unfortunately got covid and I wasn't doing good at all. I tried my hardest to fight my symptoms so I wouldn't have to reschedule. The day before my hearing I spoke with meldoit lopez and she sounded very frustrated and started saying my case was weak and the judge for my hearing was very difficult in appointment people under 50 years old. She also made another comment saying theh don't usually take case with people under 50 but she will try. How are you my lawyer ive been working woth you for 6 months and the day before my hearing you tell me ik basically out of luck. So that night I was going down even more due to covod and I called to reschedule. I then was told not to worry they will reschedule. I then received a letter 4 days later stating she dropped me and they no longer take people under 50 years old. How can you be so cruel to drop me out thw blue after working with me so long and I had to reschedule due to covid so cold I would not recommend them to anyone very unprofessional.
