I personally was a client of Lopez and Humphries and my experience with them was pleasant. Yes, at times it did seem as if I had been forgotten and like I wasn’t hearing much about the case. But you have to remember that you’re one of hundreds of clients that they’re juggling and dealing with at once. In addition to that, certain factors for your case sometimes have to be given enough time to develop so that the laws will be able to get you more. If you haven’t heard anything new about your case it’s probably because not much has changed and there isn’t much of an update. But when my physical therapy was completed and I had my bills submitted Melanie and the firm definitely took care of me. She was even able to get around 5k more than what I was initially told. When I went to the office down in Lakeland and saw the establishment, met some of the team that was behind my cases victory, along with the multiple rewards, plaques, and trophies it was clear that I made the right choice in having Lopez and Humphries represent me. I would without a doubt use their services again if I had to and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you all again for the time and work you put into my case!! <3

I have been working with Lopez & Humphries for the past year after experiencing my first car accident. They were intentional and supportive during the process. They advocated for me and helped to explain the process so I was not lost throughout. I truly appreciated that. They were also intentional about supporting my family through difficult times during this year.
