Unfortunately, they were not able to help me with my case. But I wanted to share my experience with them anyways because I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and care of Mr. Kevin Humphries. He called me personally to tell me they couldn't help but that he was going to refer my case to another law firm. After that, he called/texted me directly to give me an update of his conversation with the other attorney. Thank you again to him for the consideration.

It was impressive to have the opportunity to actually speak with Ms Lopez at the beginning. She was wonderful. As time went by, Staff stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. If I called, they either took the call or returned it quickly. Everyone involved along the way was patient, kind, understanding and explained all details, sometimes 2 or 3 times if I needed it! I only wanted my hospital bills and PT covered and only minimum insurance was available. Imagine my surprise when Suzanne called and said I would be receiving a check! That will help greatly with treatment going forward! I highly recommend Lopez and Humphries!
