I had a positive experience with Melodie, Justin and Roseanne while handling my case. The team was highly knowledgeable and compassionate about their work. Their expertise commitment and dedication were evident throughout the entire process, and they fought hard to achieve the results I wanted. Communication could have been better towards the end. There were times when I felt updates were less frequent, and I had to reach out for information. The case took a long time but when I reached out, I usually got a response within 24-48 hours. Despite this, I appreciate the hard work and professionalism they demonstrated, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
