Listen! I have a MVA. I give them 3 because I did get my case settled but only after I tried to get a new lawyer because it seemed at the time they were not trying very hard for me. Also Mrs López did not inform me that the offer I had submitted was over the 30 day expiration date had I known I would have given them a new number. They did their job I just felt it was not to the best of their ability just wanted quick easy money. Now I swear that another law firm that I had contacted has a commercial to taught me for not changing my counsel before it was to late.
