This Firm was my first and only choice as a disability lawyer due to me have meeting Mr. Humphries in person while working as a veterinary Technician for his dog. He was a great person to talk to, down to earth, and all in all great person who loves his dog. I ,after working 10 years in veterinary medicine, started having extreme back pain and lost feeling down my right side to were i could barley walk nor do things that i enjoyed without help. I even tried to groom dogs part time but could barley keep up. I finally had to file for disability bc i could no longer work. When i originally applied i was denied. I knew who i could relie on to assist me in my disability claim. This law office of Lopez and Humpries with Lawyer Candice Dixon as well as the fabtastic hard work of paralegal Carmen Luciano they helped me ensure all my medical records lab work, mris, and testing was all sent in for the Judge to make his ruling. They told me the truth that it will be a very hard case due to my age and that Ive been working most of my life with a college degree. It happened suddenly and is very hard to get a diagnosis. Between my Drs and the hard work of this lawyers office i was awarded my disability at the first court appearance.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Mr. Humphries. My auto accident involved multiple other vehicles, with mine being the last car and I rear-ended someone. Normally in Florida this is a really difficult case to fight bc a rear-end is automatically that driver’s fault, but he was able to prove that I was not at fault and the driver ahead of me was in fact at fault. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly by him or his paralegal and I was given timely updates when I requested them. He was also able to get me more money in my pocket for my injuries and lost wages than we had originally anticipated. Highly satisfied and I definitely recommend this law office to anyone else dealing with injuries from an auto accident!

My wife was in a serious car accident. My wife was struck my a hit and run driver who was captured on a speed detection device traveling at approx. 80 miles and hour seconds before the crash. Mr. Humphries and his staff did an excellent job taking care of my wife. Every time we called we either spoke to someone at Lopez & Humphries or received a timely callback. I am seriously ill and my wife was badly injured during the crash. We were unable to deal with the issues caused by the car crash. Mr. Humphries dealt with all of our problems and his staff were very friendly and almost always available. . I highly recommend Lopez & Humphries.
