Fighting for our daughter. For three years Mrs. Lopez did not give in or give up. Our autistic daughter was taken off SSID because someone said she was no longer disabled. Through appeal after appeal Mrs. Lopez keep fighting until finally a judge ruled in our favor. Thank Mrs. Lopez for never giving up. You are the best.

The following morning after I was rear-ended on my way home from work, April 2023, I called Ms Lopez and Humphries to represent me, they took all the info they needed and answered every question and concern I had, they kept me updated and at ease all through out the process.. 3 months later I get rear-ended again on my way home from work, and I called them again... I am happy and extremely satisfied with the outcome of my 2 cases.. They are a very professional staff, answer calls when had a question, I would definitely recommend Ms. Lopez & Humphries Law group, and I will use them again if needed..

Great law firm and would highly recommend Ms. Lopez and team. I was in my first major accident a year ago totaling my truck and she negotiated an almost max settlement from the insurance companies. She was very clear with her expectations, did not back down and walked me through each step of the way. Ms. Lopez and her legal team were very professional and communication was on point. Both of my daughters were involved in a car accident. Being new to the community so wasnt familiar with lawyers. But remember seeing Humphries and Lopez and I knew i made the right choicr. Since day kne they were very involved, professional, kept me in the loop with everything about both of my daughters. When meeting them, office stay received us with a big friendly smile and greeting that you feel right like home. I mean i can go on with how good this office treated my family and myself. If you are needing an attorney for Social Security Disability, Kevin Humphries is who you want to see. Back in 2018 I had a spinal fusion that did not turn out well. My doctors could not clear me to return to work, so I had to file for disability. At the time I was only 43. I knew this would be a struggle. I hired Mr Humphries right away. He and his staff worked for 5 years helping me file, appeal, hearing, another appeal until finally on Jan 3, 2024 I finally received the benefits. They never gave up and encouraged me every step of the way. He was honest and determined to help me. Their expertise and knowledge helped my family to get back on the right track. And I am so very thankful!! I HIGHLY recommend Humphries and Lopez attorneys at law!!

I personally was a client of Lopez and Humphries and my experience with them was pleasant. Yes, at times it did seem as if I had been forgotten and like I wasn’t hearing much about the case. But you have to remember that you’re one of hundreds of clients that they’re juggling and dealing with at once. In addition to that, certain factors for your case sometimes have to be given enough time to develop so that the laws will be able to get you more. If you haven’t heard anything new about your case it’s probably because not much has changed and there isn’t much of an update. But when my physical therapy was completed and I had my bills submitted Melanie and the firm definitely took care of me. She was even able to get around 5k more than what I was initially told. When I went to the office down in Lakeland and saw the establishment, met some of the team that was behind my cases victory, along with the multiple rewards, plaques, and trophies it was clear that I made the right choice in having Lopez and Humphries represent me. I would without a doubt use their services again if I had to and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you all again for the time and work you put into my case!! <3
