It was impressive to have the opportunity to actually speak with Ms Lopez at the beginning. She was wonderful. As time went by, Staff stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. If I called, they either took the call or returned it quickly. Everyone involved along the way was patient, kind, understanding and explained all details, sometimes 2 or 3 times if I needed it! I only wanted my hospital bills and PT covered and only minimum insurance was available. Imagine my surprise when Suzanne called and said I would be receiving a check! I personally was a client of Lopez and Humphries and my experience with them was pleasant. Yes, at times it did seem as if I had been forgotten and like I wasn’t hearing much about the case. But you have to remember that you’re one of hundreds of clients that they’re juggling and dealing with at once. In addition to that, certain factors for your case sometimes have to be given enough time to develop so that the laws will be able to get you more. If you haven’t heard anything new about your case it’s probably because not much has changed and there isn’t much of an update. But when my physical therapy was completed and I had my bills submitted Melanie and the firm definitely took care of me. She was even able to get around 5k more than what I was initially told. When I went to the office down in Lakeland and saw the establishment, met some of the team that was behind my cases victory, along with the multiple rewards, plaques, and trophies it was clear that I made the right choice in having Lopez and Humphries represent me. I would without a doubt use their services again if I had to and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you all again for the time and work you put into my case!! <3

Great Law Firm, I met Kevin after being involved in a hit and run. The person who hit me didn’t have insurance. Mr Humphries was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and his staff always answered my questions. When you call they always pick up and return calls as well. I got a good settlement amount and the fees are very reasonable. If you have an accident or need any legal advice I highly highly highly recommend them!

I had never been injured in a car accident before so I wasn't sure what to do. A car went past a stop sign and I ended up hitting them. It was clearly their fault (and they got a ticket) but after a couple of weeks soreness in my neck had not gotten better. I knew both Attorneys Lopez & Humphries through a community organization we belong to, so I asked Melodie Lopez for guidance. She was able to help me navigate the confusing laws and medical specialists and it turned out the pain I was having was from a permanent injury sustained in the accident. She helped me make sure my treatments were paid for and was able to get the insurance company to compensate me for the other driver's (at fault) negligence. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner, as the different coverage would have kicked in had I not waited. So if you are in a similar boat, I highly recommend this firm. I had every comfort along the way they were working diligently on my behalf, and I know they were able to get me everything I was legally entitled to.

I give them 3 because I did get my case settled but only after I tried to get a new lawyer because it seemed at the time they were not trying very hard for me. Also Mrs López did not inform me that the offer I had submitted was over the 30 day expiration date had I known I would have given them a new number. They did their job I just felt it was not to the best of their ability just wanted quick easy money. Now I swear that another law firm that I had contacted has a commercial to taught me for not changing my counsel before it was to late.

I was involved in a very unfortunate situation - involved myself out right being accused of something that I just didn’t do. Kevin Humphries took on my case, got all the administrative stuff rolling and my case is dropped and no billed. Without hesitation, I got a call from their office ( wasn’t expecting, I was just glad case was dropped ) and I was notified that Mr Humphries returned all the money I had already paid him. I called and he told me he was not going to charge me for something that he did not do. I recommend this firm - I have used Lopez & Humphries 3 times before and I’ve been well compensated and treated delightfully. Wasn't represented by this firm,and would deffenently never hire them. I did have to pay out of pocket 10.200 dollars to close the case they brought against me In Hope's they would stop harassing me and my wife on a bogus dog bite. Individual named roosevelt roundtree claimed to be bitten by my dog,after my investigation Turns out the animal control report showed he was at a different location and I didn't own the type of dog that suposively bit him. Imagine That.
